Tammy Edwards and the Edwards Sisters are from Greenville, NC. In the early 1970s, as little tots, God anointed them to sing his praises. Their father, James, a guitarist and member of the gospel group The Rock Island Singers, often carried the girls and their cousin Wanda with him on programs and let them perform during the offering time. Their mother Diana was always, and is still now, there to coach them along.
